The studio can accommodate every variety of skin tone, and a variety of tattoo styles: Traditional, Blackwork, Black and Grey, Colour, Fineline, Lettering, Backpieces, Micro tattoos... large or small, we do them all!
Please consider calling ahead if you are hoping to get a same-day tattoo. Sometimes we are busy, and may not have time to chat.
Tattoos This Way is a female-owned and operated, inclusive, friendly tattoo studio. Misogyny, judginess and hate speech are not permitted here.
All pigments are vegan-friendly, ALWAYS. Upon request, a COMPLETELY VEGAN procedure can easily be accommodated. (Many lotions and other supplies are traditionally NOT VEGAN, but the studio has moved to using the ones that ARE.)
Covid-19 regulations have forced us to make some new rules in order to be compliant with Toronto Public Health:
Due to the proximity of artist and client, we are continuing with the wearing of masks for the duration of your visit.
Clients without a medical-style mask will be provided with one.
You must arrive alone. Sorry, no +1’s.
You must be in good health, and you will be screened when you arrive.
You will be required to wash your hands or use sanitizer upon arrival.
No eating or drinking is permitted within the work area. (masks must remain on)
Keep belongings to a minimum. Upon arrival, you will be given a sanitized basket to place your jacket and other belongings into.
If you are unable to abide by any of the above stipulations, please notify the studio or your artist prior to your arrival. Special arrangements can be discussed if need be.
